The Indiana County Rental Association is an affiliation of owners, managers and investors in rental properties in the Indiana County area.

The ICRA’s mission is to promote and support the practice of responsible landlord-ship; which in turn promotes and supports responsible tenancy. In this way we strive to benefit our community - and our members - so all may prosper from the availability of sufficient decent, safe, and fair housing.


The ICRA meets at least 5 times per year to provide education, networking, and business operation assistance to its members. Local membership fees include membership in the Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association, a statewide organization which provides a wide range of valuable benefits and services, the most significant being PROA's employment of a full-time lobbyist to support landlord interests in the PA legislature. In addition, members may obtain access to Credit Reports, advertise vacancies on-line, and enjoy sizeable discounts on Sherwin-William products.
