As of September 2007, meetings of the ICRA are in hiatus. During this reorganization period, members will be kept informed by email concerning matters of local and regional interest. If you wish to be added to the mailing list, send your contact information to :

The ICRA maintains membership in PROA (Pennsylvania Residential Owners Association.) Visit the PROA website ( www.proassoc.org ) to read about the benefits of membership in this statewide landlord association.

The ICRA has enjoyed through the past year the benefit of consulting work from the Dornish & Scolieri law firm in Pittsburgh. They will answer our "quick questions" and will of course work for you for more complex issues.

They specialize in real estate and landlord/tenant law. They represent buyers, sellers, landlords, managers, lenders, contractors and others involved in the purchase, sale, financing, renovation, leasing, foreclosure, construction and development of residential and commercial real estate, and are licensed title agents, closing and insuring thousands of real estate transactions.

New members are welcome to the ICRA at any time. Please invite other prospective members to try us out.

2007-2008 dues have been reduced to $45.00; which still covers membership in both ICRA and PROA.

ADVERTISING VACANCIES: A very significant PROA benefit is that members can advertise their apartment vacancies on the “Apartment Search” website. Photographs and layouts of your rental can be included. This site will show up for by any customer searching to find an Indiana PA Rental!

The more members we have, the more funds we'll have to promote the IndianaPaRentals.com site; which could significantly reduce your individual cost of advertising.
