I offer efficiency apartments, two-bedroom and four-bedroom units, and a rental house in Indiana and Blairsville, PA. My rentals welcome individuals, working professionals, and families, with remodeled units and a variety of spaces to fit different needs.
Taking care of our properties and residents is a priority. Residents contact my maintenance man directly when an issue comes up, and our three-person maintenance team works quickly to address repairs. We also handle lawn mowing and snow plowing to keep our properties cared for throughout the year.

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit equals one month’s rent at Getty Avenue, Strangford Road, the Chestnut Street house and duplexes. Blue Ridge efficiencies require a $500 security deposit.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed at these rental properties.
